Your puppy comes with a health guarantee, vet checked, current vaccinations and de-worming schedule.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases for 3 days once received. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects for 1 year from date of birth.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 48 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be given there will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. If you fail to have your puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within the 48 hours of delivery, we, the seller, assumes no further responsibility. Buyer agrees to keep shots and de-wormings up to date-- Failure to do so can be fatal to your puppy.

Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have your puppy shipped instead of picking it up you to be aware of this.

We must be notified at once at the onset of a problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is proved to have a LIFE-THREATENING congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to us, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to us. I will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.

Guarantee is not valid incase of accidental death or injury.

A returned puppy must be returned to us in good condition.

Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from us.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be from comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may mot be from the exact parents of the original puppy. However, it is our desire to please, and we will work with our buyers, to ensure satisfaction.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and under no circumstances will be paid by us!

There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors; allergies, thyroid dysfunction, démodé tic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

This puppy is warranted only for the purpose of being a family pet. No warranty is represented for special functions of breeding or showing regardless of show or breeding potential.

This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy, it is not transferable.

Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all of its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to ensure immunity against disease.

We want to provide you with a pet that will be a family companion for year to come, as you join our many happy, satisfied buyers.

Please sign and return a copy of this, along with a copy of your puppies health check from you vet, within 2 weeks of purchase.

Note : there is no guarantee on the size of puppy as an adult, the genetics go back several generations.

Note: Any situation that cannot be agreed upon between us will go to court in Stigler, Ok or Haskell County.
